Manufacturing Facilities

Trailers are manufactured using the most contemporary machines and facilities available. Utilising jig welding techniques assists the company in providing trailers which are accurate and robust. These manufacturing processes and techniques also ensure that McCauleys has the ability to stand by its delivery commitments.

To ensure corrosion prevention on all trailers, McCauley Trailers has implemented a rigid process to enhance the trailers’ inherent durability and strength. All trailers are cleaned, de-greased and sand blasted prior to painting. Application of paint consists of one coat of anti-corrosive primer and two coats of hard wearing gloss.

Design and build

McCauley Trailers provides a one-stop-shop for the design and build of trailers. Utilising a computer aided design facility; the Company guarantees the production of trailers to meet each Customer’s individual requirements. Developing computer generated models of trailers not only minimises further the chance of errors occurring, but enables the customer to receive a more comprehensive overview of the trailer’s dimensions and features.

Delivery promise

All McCauley trailers are free to be inspected by the purchaser before accepting delivery of the product. McCauley trailers are delivered with careful and experienced drivers who are reliable and efficient.
