With our in-house design team we use 3D Computer Aided Design to provide a one stop shop for trailer design and fabrication whilst giving customers a realistic virtual look at what the final product will be like. We specialise in the manufacture of bespoke trailers to suit individual requirements and are happy to speak to customers about specific needs they may have.

At McCauley Trailers Ltd we continually strive to improve quality and service for our customers and have worked hard to build up a reputation for exceptional products demonstrated by the high levels of repeat purchases we experience. All aspects of our trailers are manufactured in-house. We use high grade traceable UK steel to build the trailer chassis and body and fabrication is carried out by highly skilled employees. Trailers are also cleaned, de-greased and sand blasted prior to painting in order to prevent corrosion. They are then primed and painted using a high build primer and heavy pack gloss paint in one of McCauley’s dedicated paint booths. All finishing, wiring, axle installation and hydraulic fittings are also completed in-house at the companies 28,000 sq/ft of factory space by employees with up to 30 years knowledge of trailer fabrication. Our trailers are manufactured using the most contemporary machines and facilities available and the purchase of a plasma cutter has helped McCauley Trailers Ltd maintain the quality of our trailers by reducing the need to sub contract aspects of the trailer fabrication.

 

The company also uses the latest jig welding techniques to provide trailers which are accurate and robust.

All trailers are fully inspected by McCauley Trailers prior to delivery and the company is happy for customers to view their trailer prior to delivery.
