MAC CAT1 Step Frame destined for Afghanistan.

MAC Trailers has recently delivered a MAC Step Frame Low Loader to a global engineering and construction company with a base in Surrey, England. The trailer – a CAT1 Step Frame – will be used for the companies operations in Afghanistan.
MAC Step Frame Low Loaders have been designed with practicality in mind and are widely recognised for their low unladen weight, strength and stability. The CAT1 Step Frame has a carrying capacity of 44 tonnes gross and as with all MAC Step Frames; cross members are constructed through the trailers chassis to achieve optimal strength. The trailer comes with air suspension, Granning axles, rear lift axle, EBS and hydraulic ramps as standard. A number of optional extras were also specified by the customer including: front lift axle, 7ton electrical winch and cheese wedge ramps.
